Congratulations to Caleb Snoddy who graduated debt-free from the University of Dayton in May of 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. I met Caleb when he and his mom attended my scholarship workshop in his junior year of high school.
He had clarified his career goals before graduating high school allowing him to develop his portfolio which provided him additional opportunities to receive scholarships for his talent. It was a pleasure working with him.
Caleb chose the University of Dayton because of its Graphic Design program and generous scholarship offerings for students. He received a full-tuition scholarship which included no tuition increase during his 4 years, fees were paid by the school, a textbook scholarship for $4,000, a study abroad scholarship and a visual arts scholarship. The total awards were over $250,000 covering his expenses.
There are a lot of good deals in the college search arena. You should “shop” for a college like you shop for a home or any other important investment. There are tuition-free colleges and colleges that don’t offer student loans. It so important to find the right academic and financial fit when researching colleges.
